MagnoliaFest & Suwannee Springfest
Vending Information
Arrangements for vending must be made in advance of the festival. No unauthorized vending is allowed in the festival area or the campground. Offenders will be escorted from the park or possibly to jail. We're serious about unauthorized vending. Unauthorized vending includes giving away products or food for free or for donations. Our authorized vendors are an important part of our festival family. We enforce these vending rules to protect their investment and ours. We create one vending village that will draw folks to you and leave the rest of the festival area and campground for the enjoyment of the music and nature.
If you are a new potential Art & Craft vendor with us, please read carefully the following information to be considered for our festival in 2010.
All information for new vendors interested in 2010 must be sent beginning December 1st, 2009 and arrive no later then December 31st, 2009.
We are not accepting any new FOOD vendors for this event. You may send in your menu and information to be held on file - that file is used if we need a new vendor. See food vendor info below.
Art & Craft Vending:
We only send applications for each event to vendors that have been pre-approved. To get your booth reviewed, you should send a package (by email or postal) that contains pictures of the items you sell, price lists, booth photos, as well as a list of events you have participated in. We are looking for original artisans only.
Please send packages to the attention of Marsha at the email or post office address at the end of this page. Each of the packages received will be reviewed, and if accepted will be added to our vendor list. Only a small number of vendors doing the same type booth will be added to the list. If you send samples and would like them returned, you must include a self addressed stamped envelope with appropriate postage.
Everyone on our approved vendor list will receive applications for future events. Vendor applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Payment for your booth space must be included with the completed application. If all our vendor space has been filled when we receive your application, your application and un-deposited payment will be sent back. We already have 80 vendors on our list, and there are around 30 spots.
You must carry your own liability insurance for each event. Magnolia Music & Events, Inc. and Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park must be named as additionally insured.
Arts and Craft Vending space for MagnoliaFest and Suwannee SpringFest is a minimum 10x10 for $350 and a maximum of 20x20 space for $1250. Any booth space over 10X10 size and less than 20X20 will be charged an additional $3 per square foot.
